Datatalli is a Finnish private general tracker with about 6.000 torrents, with nice and good looking interface. Torrents are medium seeded, but there are bonus points which can be used for upload, invites...

Only for those who will use the tracker, not collectors.
If I see zero activity after 1 month I will leave negative feedback here to that person.
